New Online Banking System Launched

PrimeSouth Bank launched a new and improved online banking system on Monday, April 9th.  This service is free to bank customers and can be accessed by clicking the "Log in" button in the top right corner.  Customers who are not enrolled can easily self enroll at that link.

PrimeSouth would like to thank our customers who were patient through the conversion process.  We hope that the enhanced system upgrades will make your online banking experience better!

PrimeSouth Bank is excited to announce that we will be upgrading our online banking system.  The new system will be in place on Monday morning, April 9, 2012.  The new system will include new and enhanced features to improve the online banking experience for our customers.

In order to upgrade the online banking system, we must temporarily limit the availability of online banking services during the conversion period.  We sincerely apologize for the limited availability of these services during the conversion period.

The system will be down beginning Friday, April 6th at 5:00 a.m. and the new system will be back online Monday morning, April 9th at 8:00 a.m. 

If you need account assistance during this time, please utilize one of the following options:

 - Call the free 24/7 telephone banking line at 334-283-4500

- During normal business hours on Friday, call any PrimeSouth Bank location at the numbers listed in the "Contact Us" menu on our website.

 - Call the Main Office Saturday morning, April 7th from 8:00 a.m. until noon.
